Wayne Clarke

Wayne Clark is Founding Partner of both the Global Growth Institute and the World Class Manager online programme. He is an expert at engaging, energising and supporting leaders from around the globe. Founded in 2012, the Global Growth Institute heps organizations improve their leadership and align their strategic goals. The World Class Manager online programme has been delivered to over 25,000 managers across the world since it was created in 2016. Previously, Wayne was the managing partner of the advisory arm of Best Companies, who produce the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies list.

Wayne has been recognised as one of the "Top 10 most influential thinkers" by HR Magazine. He is also a visiting lecture on the MBA and International Business Masters programme at Bayes Business School in London and Dubai. As a consultant, Wayne has worked with major organizations such as the BBC, the UN, Allianz, HSBC, UCL, Red Carnation and BNP Paribas. Wayne is based in London.
