Tila L Kellman

Tila L. Kellman is an independent scholar with a Ph.D. in contemporary art theory and practice, and a background in biogeography, pottery, art history, tropical forest regeneration and peasant farm practices. She has recently moved to the orth coast of Nova Scotia.
