Robert Lytle

Robert Lytle has tapped into his childhood experiences spending summers in Michigan's Les Cheneaux Islands region, and has created a series of children's books set in the eastern Upper Peninsula. Lytle published his first book in 1995, and his firt two works were selected by the Great Lakes Booksellers Association to be included in their list of the Top Ten Children's Books of the Year. He has also been the recipient of the Benjamin Franklin Award for his time-travelling book, A Pitch in Time. He continues to write every day.
