Jeff Colgan

Jeff Colgan is an Economic Consultant with the Brattle Group in Washington DC. He has worked at the World Bank as a policy analyst and at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. He was a Canada-US Fulbright Scholar at the Goldman Schoolof Public Policy of the University of California, Berkeley. His graduate work focused on international economic policy, particularly the Kyoto Protocol. Mr. Colgan divides his time between Toronto and Washington, DC.
