Alex Domokos

Alex Domokos was born in Szabadka, Yugoslavia, in 1921, the year his family fled to Hungary as refugees. He attended military college and served in World War II, then left Hungary and settled in Canada. An author as well as an accmplished sculptor, photographer, and cinematographer, he retired from the University of Manitoba in1986 and lives with his wife and daughter in Winnipeg, Canada.
